After college, Ryan married his beautiful wife Sara and began his real estate investing career (having 4 children along the way). In 2014, Lance joined our team as Project Manager. He previously worked as a paint contractor in western NC and made his way to the coast as a carpenter in Wilmington, NC. With extensive experience in home remodeling and building, Lance gives new life to the houses we purchase by transforming them into beautifully renovated homes ready for new owners.
Since joining our team, this Canadian-born fella has renovated hundreds of homes, gained his American citizenship, and started a family, all while maintaining his love for hockey (Go Canes)!

Debbie Hall
Real Estate Broker/Administrative Assistant
Debbie joined our team in 2015 after retiring from her administrative position of over 2 decades at the local hospital, New Hanover Regional Medical Center. She got her NC broker’s license to sell real estate and jumped right in with the acquisition’s side of our business.
Debbie currently serves as the broker-in-charge (BIC) of our real estate operations team and handles the administrative duties associated with foreclosure auctions, bookkeeping, and agency logistics. She certainly wears a lot of hats, but her most treasured role is that of being Ryan’s mom (according to Ryan)!
As a military brat growing up, Debbie spent years living all over the world, from Germany to various US states, but she settled in Wilmington, NC when she met the man of her dreams over 50 years ago, Randy.
Since then, she and Randy got married, had 2 sons (Ryan & Tyler), and put down roots in Coastal NC for generations to come.
